Paolo Zani founded his own studio in 1992, whose production ranges from the design of objects and interiors to technological products. His activity is motivated by the new application of materials and technologies to the design of consumer products. Between 1993 and 1994 he was the art director of LumenCenter, a manufacturer of lighting fixtures and in 1995 he designed the Riga lamp for FontanaArte, still in the collection.
